Zoho Meeting is not a separate HeySummit broadcast provider. If you want attendees to join a Zoho Meeting or Zoho Webinar session, add the attendee join or registration link to your talk using External URL.
Add the Zoho link
Create the meeting or webinar in Zoho and copy the attendee link you want people to use.
From your HeySummit dashboard, go to Content & Schedule > Sessions.
Open Actions for the talk, then choose Manage Session.
Open Broadcast and set Broadcast Type to External URL.
Paste the Zoho attendee link into the field.
Select Save and Close.
When the session is available, attendees use its join button to open the external page. The link opens in a new tab; it does not embed the provider’s room.
Before going live
Test the attendee flow so you know whether Zoho asks attendees for a meeting key, registration, sign-in, or host approval.
Join early so the host and speakers can test microphone, camera, screen sharing, and permissions.
If you want the talk to play inside the HeySummit talk page, use one of HeySummit's supported embedded webinar, live-stream, or pre-recorded options instead of External URL.
For a Zoho webinar, copy its public registration link from My Webinars > your webinar > Share, or from Promote webinar. For a meeting, use the participant meeting link. Do not share a co-organiser link with your audience. See Zoho’s webinar registration-link guide. Test the normal session page with an existing authorised attendee as well as checking organiser preview. Organiser preview can bypass HeySummit ticket checks; it does not prove that an attendee has access to the external service.
