Request documentation for a HeySummit purchase
If your organisation bought a HeySummit subscription or service directly and needs supplier tax documentation, email [email protected]. Include your organisation name, billing contact, invoice or subscription reference, and the document your finance team requested. HeySummit can then confirm what documentation is appropriate and available.
If you bought an event ticket
Event Organisers sell their own tickets through their chosen payment provider. If your request relates to an event ticket, contact the Event Organiser shown on the event site or receipt. HeySummit supplier documentation does not describe that separate purchase.
