Scenario

You're an Event Organizer who has an active subscription and you want to change the email address that your account is under. 


Quick Start

  1. Log in to heysummit.com
  2. Head to My Account > Profile
  3. Click the field under Email and edit
  4. Press Save
  5. You're all set!


Top tip:  To avoid login issues, make sure the new email you use isn't in use by an existing account, i.e. another Event Organizer account, Speaker, Team Member or Host account. 


Looking to move an event from one account to another? Unfortunately this is not possible - events have to stay attached to the account they were created under.
