Scenario
You’ve purchased a ticket for an event and want to confirm what sessions you can access. Note that you're able to add sessions to your personal schedule outside of your ticket restrictions, but you won't be able to actually view the video content unless you have the appropriate ticket.
Quick start
To do so, click My Purchases.
This will take you to a page like the one shown below:
It will include what type of content you have access to (i.e. Live and/or Replays). It will also say if there are any restrictions to the number of sessions you can watch, or if you're restricted to specific sessions or categories of content. If there are no restrictions along these lines, it will show "All content available".
If you want to view your personal schedule (sessions you've registered your interest in), you can click My Schedule. Here you can add and remove talks to your schedule.
Remember, you're able to add sessions to your personal schedule outside of your ticket restrictions, but you won't be able to actually view the video content unless you have the appropriate ticket. You'll see a message like this if you're not logged into an attendee account with a ticket that allows access:
