You're currently on the Basic or Professional Plan, and wondering whether the Business Plan is for you. We take a quick look at some of the benefits of upgrading to the Business Plan, ideal for you if you organize large, or multiple, summits.

On the HeySummit Business Plan, you get:
  • No added fees. 0% HeySummit transaction fees (payment processor fees and possible currency exchange fees still apply). This is especially useful for larger events with high ticket revenue.   • Higher quotas. Event Organizers can have far more active events, hosts per event, and total attendees. Great for large events!
  • Import data. Event Organizers can collect Attendee data from other sources and import it into HeySummit. With other plans require you are restricted to collect Attendee registration data using HeySummit or add it manually.
  • Greater customization options. Events can be created with custom domains; with or without HeySummit branding, and you can link your own Stripe account for more payment flexibility. You also have access to the API if you want more complex integrations.

Still uncertain? If you subscribe to a quarterly plan, you do have the option to cancel at any time. However, do note that we do not provide refunds for partial quarters, but you will have access to the plan until the end of your current paid period.

Another thing to consider is what happens after you choose to cancel your account. If you cancel your account your active events will no longer be available to your attendees, as any event associated with the plan would also be closed.

This means you might need to get in touch with attendees to let them know this, especially if you have any ticket set-up that allows a certain type of access post-live event (e.g replays).
