Scenario
While setting up your Zapier account with HeySummit, you encounter the error message Unauthorised or Not Authenticated. Don't panic - this usually indicates that the account you're connecting to HeySummit doesn't have permission to access the data you're trying to reach.
Quick fix
- Make sure you have the right permissions. If you're acting in the capacity of a speaker or a team member, you do not have permission to connect the HeySummit account to Zapier. You must either log in as the HeySummit account holder or use the advanced API.
- If you are the HeySummit account holder, reconnect your application using the following steps:
- Open the My Apps menu
- Select Connect a New Account under Connected Accounts
- Follow the instructions to enter your login information again
