Filtering Email Audiences Based on Ticket Types

To create broadcast or automated messages for specific ticket types, go to Emails > Create Email in the top right, and choose either Auto or Broadcast emails.

In the Audience tab (default is All Attendees), click Add Filter, select Tickets, Add-ons & Donations > Ticket, and set it to the ticket type you’d like to target.
